I just received my shipment. I have to tell you the bags are absolutely fabulous! It’s hard to know what to expect when buying something on-line that you have not had the opportunity to touch/feel. Your bags are simply amazing. I love that they are light in weight while not giving up on quality of construction or materials. Perfect in every way! I had a problem with my first bag, but you resolved it so quickly for me and I wanted to thank you for doing that. It is nice to see that some companies still care about customer service.
