SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All items are shipped ground via USPS, FEDEX or UPS within 2 business days. Most items shipped, in the continental U.S., will arrive within 3 to 5 days after day of shipment. Special or custom orders will ship within 3-4 weeks from order date. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please let us know in the comments area during checkout.

TAXES:
8.25% Sales Tax will be applied to all Texas orders.

RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with any ready-made product, we will replace or refund the item within 30 days of purchase. Please send a detailed e-mail explaining the reason for the return or refund to:  returns @mintbags.com. All returns must be unused and in new condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Cut fabrics are non-refundable. We can not refund any shipping charges. WARRANTY:
Mint Handbags ® are designed and produced with the greatest of care. As such, they are guaranteed against all production faults. However, should such a fault occur, Mint Handbags ® commits to repairing your purchase, replacing it, or issuing a credit. In case of a credit, your damaged item will not be returned to you. The Mint Handbags ® warranty does not, of course, cover everyday wear nor does it cover accidental damage, or damage resulting from the application of a solvent or by the abnormal use of a product. If you or a third party is responsible for the damage, you will be given a quote for repairs.

OUR BAGS:
Since our bags are handmade, sometimes the dimensions will be a little different than advertised. We have also tried to provide accurate representation of the available fabric colors. Due to computer, monitor and/or video graphic card configurations, there may be some degree of variance between the actual fabric colors and the swatches displayed on the monitor.

Most all of the bags are made of upholstery weight cotton and all of the linings are a poly/cotton blend. A very few of the fabrics are rayon, polyester or a blend. The fabrics are pretreated with an anti-stain solution from the textile factory. Our bags are not washable, they maybe dry cleaned but at your dry cleaners discretion and they are fully responsible. We recommend spot cleaning our bags.

All of our bags come with a penny sewn in the lining, please watch children around objects that can be swallowed, choking may occur.
